Seaside Heights Incumbents seek re-election…

Harry Smith, Victoria “Penny” Graichen, and Guy Mazzanti will be on the ballot for the June 5th primary election.  All are members of the Seaside Heights Regular Republican Club, and were endorsed by the organization in March.  Smith, Graichen and Mazzanti are all incumbent, multi-term, experienced Council members in Seaside Heights.  The slogan for their campaign is “Make Seaside Heights Great Again”.  No other petitions were filed for the Republican seats, or for the two Democratic slots.

 

 

Casino Pier has successful opening weekend…

“Sandcastle” re-building in Seaside Heights…

The old “Sandcastle” building at Grant Avenue and the Boardwalk in Seaside Heights, ocean side, has installed pilings ahead of a presumed rebuilding. The property is owned by the Tilles family, and a few years ago, the dilapidated predecessor building was demolished. The pilings must be installed ahead of the Army Corps of Engineers dune project, which is tentatively scheduled for late August 2018.

2018 seasonal Seaside Heights Beach Badges now for sale on the Boardwalk

IMG_0367Seaside Heights Seasonal Beach badges are on sales now on weekends 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Visitor’s Center, Blaine Avenue and the Boardwalk.

It was a week later than originally anticipated on Palm Sunday, but the Seaside Heights Egg Hunt, sponsored by the Seaside Heights Business Improvement District, was a success under brilliant Spring sun and mild temperatures.
