Like Mother, Like Daughter…

April 13, 2008

Can you guess who is the mother of Lorraine Adams, seen here?

Like Mother, Like Daughter: Recently, our cameras caught up with Lorraine Adams. If you don’t know Lorraine, who is a native of Seaside Heights, stop reading, take a look at her picture, and try to guess who are her parents. If you guessed Sheriff William Polhemus and wife Agnes, you are right. Lorraine is known for her close resemblance of her mom. Additionally, Lorraine has a very similar sounding voice and similar mannerisms to those of her mother as well. Lorraine was pictured at her father’s recent 80th birthday celebration.

See Arline and Charlotte…

Arline Ottoson(right) is seen with Charlotte Ross of Lavallette.

See Arline and Charlotte: Readers may recognize the name of Arline Ottoson, as a Councilwoman in Seaside Heights, but do you know Charlotte Ross. Although she is from Lavallette, Charlotte often comes down to Seaside Heights. Arline posed with Charlotte at the party honoring Sheriff Polhemus’ 80th birthday. Charlotte is often seen marching in our parades, along with Anita Zalom, another Lavallette friend and neighbor.
