KNOCKED DOWN JANUARY 13, 2016! Pete grew up with this house, where his friends The Specht’s used to live in the summer. Stephanie Lagrossa, a.k.a. “Survivor Stephanie” spent part of her childhood in this house. The late Susie Specht used to have a table set out with shells, and she’d say, “Would you like to buy a seashell?”  Yes, she sold seashells by the seashore. The building was said to be in dangerous condition was leveled by its owners.  According to former owner Eileen Specht, the building was built in 1922, by John P. Miller and was called the Rosalie Apartments. Station 44, The Seaside Heights Volunteer Fire Department, drilled in the house on the evening of Tuesday January 12th.
