See Luna Rosa/Karma hybrid…

Stephanie DiRosa of Luna Rosa Trattoria and Brad Bilhimer from Bamboo/Karma are at the Luna Rosa/Karma building, which now houses both businesses.

See Luna Rosa/Karma hybrid: Last year, Luna Rosa Trattoria in Seaside Heights was looking for a new location. A solution was found by building a dining room aside an existing property and combining the two businesses. As of Memorial Day 2008, Luna Rosa is operating alongside Karma at Hamilton Avenue and the Boulevard, known for its bright blue illuminated exterior, owned and operated by John Saddy from the Bamboo Bar. The addition that is housing Luna Rosa’s dining room was not a complicated building project, just one large room, and it was built in what seems like record time. Luna Rosa owners Carmine and Stephanie DiRosa projected earlier in the year that they would be in the building by May 17th, and they were off by only a few days. With this move, Luna Rosa now has a liquor license, and an outside bar. Also added in the move, a new late night bar menu, which is proving popular.
